Basically, I am many things. I love people and I love to see people living in their purpose and passion. Most importantly, I really care and love to help and ‘adjust the crowns’ of all of the kings and queens that I come into connection with! Whether it be in regards to career progression, influence to travel and enjoying the leisures of life, or staying dope and staying fly, my intention to collaborate with and mentor/coach you through your up level is genuinely authentic!! Communicating with people and getting to know folks is one of my favorite things to do. I LOVE reading and writing. With having over 12 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, I've built upon my knack for authentically talking to people to learn about what their inner most 'career desires' are. Since a little girl in Brooklyn, I've always been a great communicator of what I think and how I feel, lol!! I naturally care about people and what they think. Hence is one of the reasons why, "the Kay R. Elle podcast" was created!
